Facebook friends and Twitter accounts they follow.Social networking is only effective in the sense that Likes, Shares and Tweets maybe interpreted by Search Engines as votes on the quality of the site's content or article or blog post. With this being said, you may be thinking of buying Facebook Likes from those who offer such services.
I caution against those types of Blackhat techniques, they are ineffective since the complicated search engine algorithms especially Google, detects such artificial ways of increasing likes and shares from Facebook.
An internet marketer should focus on content, with good content the Likes, Shares and Tweets naturally follows.
